I wanted to let you all know about a very dangerous movie that is coming out this December called, The Golden Compass featuring Nicole Kidman. The movie is based off a series of books by Phillip Pullman, an avowed atheist, who in his books, portrays God as senile, and has the children (the main characters) "kill God" by the end of the trilogy. Selling more than 15 million books worldwide, his self-professed goal in his stories is to "kill God" out of the minds of children.
I must say, I've seen some of the posters for this movie earlier this year, and I thought it was a harmless fantasy movie; of the likes of Narnia or Lord of the Rings. Actually, I could have been one of those unsuspecting moviegoers who will go to see this movie on its opening weekend at the box office.
